I have been a primary care doctor for 20 years and have specialized solely in women’s health for the past 8 years.
Much of what we practice in Western medicine is preventing disease not promoting health, but this ignores major components of health that life coaching can help unlock.
My training and experience in the areas of mindfulness, narrative medicine, positive psychology and weight loss life coaching are what make me uniquely qualified to help you.

In 2019, I was having an identity crisis of sorts and on many days felt that I wanted to leave medicine altogether. I had spent the previous couple years questioning whether I wanted to continue my career as a clinician-educator and wondering whether my career in medicine was even sustainable.
I hired a physician life coach who helped me find my way. I fell in love with life coaching and knew that I could bring my life and work experience to a successful coaching career.
I wish I had access to a life coach when I was in medical school, residency, and while I was a new mother, trying to juggle a new career and parenthood.
When I am not spending time with family or friends, I love to garden (vegetables and flowers), hike, read, and cook. I love kindness, sunrises and inspirational quotes.

0ur human brains are amazing. We have the ability to think about thinking. We can imagine another outcome, consider another point of view, question validity or flat out change our minds.
Coaching leads to faster and more permanent results than simply reading an article or a book.
Add an answer to this item.A session is what I call one meeting. Each week, I meet with a client during their reserved time and day, typically for 30-45 minutes. Meetings are conducted over Zoom video call software. During our session, we will speak openly and honestly, with love and curiosity. This is a completely safe space and 100% confidential.
A three month coaching relationship ensures that results are practically guaranteed. Three months allows clients time to learn new thought concepts, build new habits and practice them.
Clients often find that although they may have signed up for coaching for one specific area of their life, they can apply what they have learned to any area they choose.
